Adjustable Shaft Seal Assembly
A compact shaft-seal assembly for a small fluid-handling system — a flanged housing, packing nut, and lock nut that compress sealing material around a rotating shaft while allowing seal pressure to be adjusted and secured. Modeled in CAD and documented with manufacturing-style drawings, dimensions, threaded features, and section views. Material: brass.
FRC Rack-and-Pinion Intake
A compact rack-and-pinion intake mechanism for an FRC competition robot, extending outward to acquire game pieces and retracting back into the robot when not in use. Integrates the rack-and-pinion drive, belt-driven rollers, motors, bearings, and structural plates around the robot's existing geometry.
FRC Four-Bar Intake
A four-bar linkage intake for an FRC competition robot, moving the roller assembly through a controlled deployment path while maintaining the orientation needed to acquire game pieces. Integrates belt-driven rollers, motors, gear reductions, bearings, and structural plates.
